FRUIT SALSA

Ingredients: 2 cups of cubed strawberries and pineapples, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of strawberry preserve.

I’m all about the ease and semi homemade so rather than making cinnamon baked chips, I picked up some of Stacy’s Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips.

Instructions:

1. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients above – SO SIMPLE! Allow flavors to mix and mingle for at least 20 minutes before serving.

2. Plate fruit salsa on platter and load up some cinnamon sugar chips and enjoy!
