At the recent Toast & Twirl Workshop - Galentine's edition, this salad was raved about by so many attendees. Shoutout to my mom for encouraging this addition and Chef mixing these ingredients together to make a workshop party staple!
Ingredients: Bag of Baby Field Greens, 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries, 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries, 1 english cucumber sliced, 1/2 cup of nut blend (walnuts or pecans) pinch of salt & pepper, feta cheese crumble (to top - optional), Poppyseed vinaigrette.
Toss all ingredients together and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy!
The dressing was by La Martinique "Original Poppy Seed". Use with caution, haha!
