Did you catch all the SPARKLE all over my social media lately? It’s because I’m still on a high from my SPARKLE all the way Christmas Party. It was the last social #crafternoon that is a part of my Toast & Twirl Workshop series.
I was able to host it at the extravagant The Carter Museum District. This place was pure luxury with opulent styling and decor throughout the building. There were plenty of cozy corners to snuggle up and read a book while enjoying the holiday decor.
I was able to work with one of the best in the business, Palace Party – mobile bartenders. They created and served two festive cocktails that were Mexican Hot Chocolate (with a kick) and a Poinsettia. I’ll post the recipe once I snag it from them…it was that good.
The menu included a selection of brunch favorites – chicken “in” waffles, egg & croissant bake, fruit and the crowd favorite – candied bacon from Avenida Brazil Steakhouse.
There are NO WORDS to describe the manna that is their candied bacon. Salty, sweet, savory..it was truly addicting, to the point we had to make sure there was enough for guests to take some home. Yes, it’s THAT serious. I encourage you to visit one of their three locations and indulge.
One last surprise I included was having a SPARKLE face painter. It was so fun for the ladies to get Sparkly with fun Christmas designs including flowers, snowmen and even The Grinch.
The afternoon also included a DIY ornament craft station. Using my Revo Cooler, I repurposed it to house all the fun and glittery pieces to customize their ornament.
The ladies were so creative in designing their own bulbs from adding glitter, rhinestones, and paint, this may be a tradition they will want to repeat with their family again and again.
A special thanks to ALL the ladies who attended…and a HUGE congratulations to our giveaway winners (and our two donors – Pink’s Pizza & Avenida Brazil Steakhouse).
